Idea

Decentralized Fashion Club (DFC) is the platform that provides merchants and buyers new level of the experience.
In DFC Marketplace people are buying goods same as in existing marketplaces, but have opportunity to fit them by using Ar/Vr technologies. For first time customers can be sure about the sizes they need when buying online.

We are trying to make a perfect marketplace, so we already solved all problems that our client can have.

4 Significant problems that online shops face:
clothes fitting, frauds and scams, authentication of
brand clothes, matching the outfit, presence of all
brands.
We are solving it with a new marketplace with use of ar/vr technologies.

For now there no competitors, market do not have services like we want to intruduce.

Finance

Making money is not acctually appropriate word, but we are going to earn money by charging a commission from merchants. Each merchant will have to choose an appropriate tariff plan, and according to their plan, they will pay a commission from 1-7%. It is pretty straightforward, but because our project is Web 3.0. based and we have our own digital token, it is becoming more complicated. Instead of paying us actual money for the services provided, merchants will have to buy our tokens and the number of tokens they should purchase depends on the amount of transactions and price of each token. We know 1-7% sounds like nothing, but only in USA there are 266.7 millions online shoppers and more than 2.14 billions worldwide. According to statistic average person spends 161$ per month on clothing. Let’s assume we would get even 5% of American market only. That’s 13.335.000 buyers that would spend on average 161$ a month that gives us 2.146.935.000$ revenue a month or 25.763.000.000$ a year. Therefore our commission (3%) would be 772.896.000$ a year. And that’s our goal for the first 5 years.

Clear example. Merchants sold good for 1000$. According to his tariff plan he should pay 3% and price of token is 5 dollars. So he would pay 30$/5$ = 6 $FCT (our token)
