Current Status
We have released our premium app in April 2022 and in 2 months we have reached 20.000 downloads with 50% growth weekly. We have $0.13 of free CAC. During this period, our users did 800.000 reps and burned 400.000 calories.
Problem or Opportunity
People started doing exercise at home because they have hygiene concerns about gyms and they don't prefer to lose extra time & money commuting between gym and home. While they are doing exercise at home, they are not aware of that they do the exercise wrong. Also, the platforms they use only present video content and "don't see them & give feedback". This results in injuries and inefficiency doing workout.
Solution (product or service)
DeepSport is presenting the new era of doing exercise and sports. With the aim of giving people the opportunity to reach & do exercise the right way, a mobile app, involving with personalized exercises and performance tracking through human pose estimation, has been developed. It sees the exerciser through the camera, pinpoints each joint and defines the body position. When started the workout, it corrects the user through voice feedback, counts the repetitons and calculates the accuracy.
Business model
We have B2C model. The mobile app is freemium and the revenue is based on subscriptions from premium users. There are monthly and annually subscription plans for now. Since we have just release our product, our strategy is to accumulate free users first and then focus on premium users.
