Small retailers cannot offer better prices, as they don’t buy in volumes also they don’t get great consumer offers, supply-chain is a daunting task for them. Similarly, e-commerce + Ultrafast delivery companies cannot offer better prices with free delivery, because delivery cost is high that couldn't be reduced as per their model.

Business model
Here is some info on our business model which we strongly believe in. I am sure you will find it a workable model which uses the existing neighborhood grocery stores which are an integral part of the social and cultural fabric of Pakistan and many other similar economies in the region. In Ucaaz model, we have eliminated dark stores to manage inventories by setting up neighborhood franchise stores. Ucaaz is managing inventories, supplychain thorugh AI based SCM system. We have multiple revenue streams as compare to dark store model as well as very low OPEX and quick delivery cost.
