Problem or Opportunity

At 11Sight, we help revenue teams increase lead conversion and close more deals. We do this with our proprietary inbound video call platform that is optimized for the needs of sales and marketing teams.
The problem we are focused on is the friction in the buying process – especially on fast moving deals. It takes 5-10 days for a prospect to reach a business, we make it instant.

We have shown that instant video conversations do accelerate deals. Our customers can attest to it. We have $500K ARR under contract.

Solution (product or service)

Our solution is simple to explain. We have reduced the communication identity of a person/department/product to a URL, an e-line
An e-line is more like an 800 number than a pre-arranged meeting room.
The link can be embedded anywhere, in a Mashable article, on Linked-in, in a qualification chat sequence, or on a page afer the prospect has populated a qualification form..
A single click, combined with our patented routing algorithms puts the prospect in eye contact with the sales person. Our patented features help the sales person to move the deal forward.

Business model

We sell our solution two ways.
You can buy our service on 11Sight.com. You’ll be on our SaaS platform; The pricing is on a per sea basis, we have multiple service levels.

Some of our larger customers require a dedicated Platform as a Service
This increases their control over the solution, they get to brand it, and achieve a much tighter integration into their solutions.
Based on their reuirements we charge them an addtional annual fee.

Either way we are a sticky solution.
