Current Status
4 clients at $400/month, MRR is $1,600/month. 60% growth/month since full launch in March.
We are currently in the pre-product development phase and are in the process of MVP validation. 5,000 FB community of small business owners (largest in the Philippines), within which we have been testing & pivoting multiple ideas for 1.5 years.
The current service, which started test operation last November, has already achieved more than 100 matches.

Since these small business owners are relying 90% of their sales on social media for sales, not producing contents consistently means no sales for their company.

We will provide a community marketplace where small companies can meet performer creators. Unlike other marketplaces, Kamila is a managed one because we put ourselves at the middle of the transaction. This way, we can ensure the quality of the videos delivered.
Think of our service as the AirBNB of short-form video production.
Our business model is a win-win scenario because small business gets to have content for their business and hence, receiving more sales while performer creators on the other hand gets extra income!
Business model
The business model is a ribbon managed marketplace. The business owner pays $400/month monthly and provides 10 short videos. The fee to the amateur creator for one video will be about $8. The take rate is about 70-80%, which is nearly double that of a traditional matching-only marketplace.
