Business model
Lylu is not a hardware company, but a technology startup with a circular hardware-as-a-service model. We rent the hardware for our tablets from Grover (contracts have already been signed), install our Lylu software, and rent the whole bundle to the customer for a monthly fee of €39. In addition to subscription revenue, Lylu generates further revenue as companies can offer their services or goods via Lylu in return for a revenue share or have the opportunity to target advertising to seniors within an advertising brochure feature.
