Our mission is to increase the economic performance of companies. Through A-Brain and real-time data image of Production, we effectively monitor and manage material, labor and energy flows.

Cerebrica was founded in the second half of 2020 when it won 1 contract for $ 9,000 at Bonatrans. Last year, the company tested its hypothesis of the ability to generate savings through A-Brain at the following companies: ŠKODA AUTO, Haselmeier, AVX, Topwet. Bonatrans has commissioned a second project. The total income was about $ 180,000. We currently have pre-negotiated orders in ŠKODA AUTO - $ 200,000, Haselmeier - $ 165,000. These contracts are already being discussed at parent companies in Germany (VW) or Switzerland (Medmix - Haselmeier).

We solve the problem of the companys inability to plan in detail production, flows of work (machines, people) and materials during changes in real time. In a broader context, we address the problem of inefficiency resulting from the inability to respond quickly to emergencies - in companies, plans often diverge from reality and therefore unnecessary losses occur.

We solve the problem of inability to adequately plan and quickly reschedule through a set of algorithms combining expert and agent approaches to artificial intelligence with deep reinforcement learning. The customer creates a dynamic data image of his production reality and then engages our algorithmic brain in monitoring reality and adequate rescheduling of flows of materiál, work, finance and energy through the production environment. Thanks to continuous nesting in the above mentioned flows, our algorithm seeks the optimal production configuration with the lowest possible time costs.

We currently have a functioning MVP for which customers pay. It is an algorithm, software support and implementation methodology. Implementation takes about 2-3 months, the algorithm can be used after connecting key data flows. In the first project after POC, we sell algorithm licenses for a specific domain, including technical support. We are currently building a modeling platform that will allow the customer to model data flows representing real flows of material, labor, finance, energy, etc. and provide this platform in a subscription mode on a monthly basis.
