Current Status
The first iteration of our platform has proven to be market-fit, from our numbers through revenue growth and positive feedback. Since our beta launch in September, our metrics include organic MOM user growth (97%), MOM revenue growth (105%), returning customers (44%), and success matching between employer and creatives (20%). Creatives struggle to find work: 1. Llimited network outside of our industry 2. Found work through "a friend of a friend" - informal and unstructured 3. Creatives don't feel valued or seen in traditional job platforms like Linkedin as it doesn't showcase portfolios, an essential element to promote professional experiences and connect them to the right opportunities.

Think of it as LinkedIn for the creative world, Cult Creative has developed a network platform that allows match-making for creatives and creatives that employers want to tap into. However, we are much more than a job site; our platform enables creatives to feel seen and valued and become a tool to build connections, collaborate with like-minded peers and long-term career opportunities.
Business model
Our primary customer is Employer. Employers can purchase job tokens to post job ads. $70/token lasts for 30 days.
In Q3, we will be introducing a recruiter pro monthly subscription service that automates headhunting through simple data points, like skills, years of experience, prefered employment type and expected salary. The recruiter pro plan ($230/month) comes with a web-based employer dashboard for more accessible job postings and performance analysis. Ultimately, our goal is to have all data points autofill for more effective hiring.
