Luwjistik serves as an API bridge between clients and network partners, connecting them directly to the service providers of their choice, whether for first-mile,custom imports, or last-mile services.
Current Status
We have onboarded over 90 network partners across the SEA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, and the USA.
For the last six months, we have grown over eight times in total GMV.
Problem or Opportunity
We founded Luwjistik during the pandemic when most logistics companies could not travel to build out networks and relationships on the ground. Many also rely on legacy processes and cannot quickly build out their technological capabilities to keep up with the demand of e-commerce. Logistics players who want to participate in e-commerce for cross-border trade might not have the necessary resources to cope with a sudden surge in volumes during peak seasons.
Solution (product or service)
We built Luwjistik’s a Unified API Platform; all it takes is a single API integration for clients to be bridged to the partners of their choice and follow their transactions through to completion. Clients can immediately increase their operational capabilities in shipping cross-border and domestic eCommerce parcels, even in countries where they do not have operations. The process is simplified and made more efficient with the introduction of a standardised workflow and document submission for cross-border logistics on Luwjistik.
Business model
We are a Unified API Platform for the logistics industry. Our target clients are logistics players with a focus on B2C e-commerce.
We monetize from both network partners and clients:
1) From the network partners (i.e. vendor on Luwjistik Platform)
We are charging based on commission or mark-up once the services have been rendered.
2) From the client we monetize from:
Subscription fee and transmission fee
