Valuator is web based SaaS that enables companies to organize procurement processes through clear and direct communication with existing and new suppliers in order to get the best deal and save money.

We are currently developing Basic version and we expect to be ready for the market on the end of April 2022. Also, we are in communication with our test users (MVP users) from whom we are collecting insights about customer's satisfaction in order to continually improve our app.

Procurement planning, management, dynamics and control are problems faced by most companies. Mostly process is manual (telephone/email). Procurement data are most often kept in the personal agenda (hard copy), while other interested parties don’t have insight into the process. There is no official written trace of the agreement reached in terms of quantity, prices, deadlines and quality, so in case of disagreement it is difficult to get true data.

Valuator enables clients to perform efficient procurement.
Benefits of the platform: a) automation of the procurement, i.e., saving time and other resources; b) full control of procurement by the director and owner.
Through the platform, companies will form their databases with suppliers, and they will also be able to use data on any other suppliers who have registered themselves in the database, and with those with whom they didn’t have contact before. The platform enables the interaction of both parties, in addition to networking of existing users, to achieve massification of users.

Subscription based business model, with packages:
- Basic package (affordable for every company, the price will be low with the idea of selling it to a large number of users, price 29 eur/month).
- Advanced package (include the functionalities needed by medium and large companies, price 147 eur/month).
- Enterprise package (functionalities tailored to corporations and multinational companies, price 1000 eur/month).
