Benefiti is one-stop-shop which enables companies to offer personalized and flexible benefits to their employees.
We launched the product on the Serbian market and started generating revenue from paying customers in March, 2021 (one pilot client - IT company with 15 employees), generating some 600€ of monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
With sales efforts being significantly increased (additional sales force) in September 2021, new clients started to sign up in November and December (sales cycle is 3-6 months). At the moment we are at 3500€ MRR, and expecting to double by May due to signed agreement with bigger customer.
Problem or Opportunity
The overarching challenge Benefiti is tackling is the inability of most of the companies to overcome „one-size-fits-all“ approach in providing employee benefits and perks across their workforce.
Additional multiplier of this problem is the new post-pandemic reality and the significant raise of the remote work, where work went remote, but benefits did not folow that trend.
Solution (product or service)
Benefiti is Marketplace-as-a-service which enables HR and Comp&Ben managers to provide employees with benefits and perks of their
own choice. It is a one-stop-shop that allows employees to select a set of different benefits on a monthly basis within the budget set by the administrator (HR, Comp&Ben manager, etc).
At the moment Benefiti is generating revenue from two different streams:
1. Subscription fee (Software-as-a-Service, 2-5€ per month
per employee, paid by client company);
2. Transaction fee (3% - 30% fee on gross sum of benefits
consumed by employees, paid by suppliers (average 5€-
7€ per employee));
Aggregated reports and analytics in area of employee benefits.
