Current Status
Dakko launched Dakko Wellbeing in Southeast Asia at the end of 2021. Our mobile app (version 1.0) is available via Google Play and Apple App Stores. We have partnered with a leading company engaged in the business of distributing digital financial and wellness solutions and services in Cambodia. The ongoing pilot project in Cambodia allows us to test and improve our current features, collect feedback from real users and plan our next development activities in our target markets.
Problem or Opportunity
Accessibility to financial and health services is a major concern of most people, especially underserved customers globally, like SME’s employees and women. Global HR surveys show that SMEs struggle in establishing appropriate benefit plans. The many options in the market combined with poor financial literacy leads to confusion and mismatched services. Our motivation is to create a one-stop platform that enables the underserved to make informed decisions about their finance, health & lifestyle.

Dakko Wellbeing is a B2B2C Super App that provides access to Credit in addition to a rich set of features, enabling 1) SMEs to deliver business process improvements and automation and 2) employees to manage all their Financials, Health and Wellbeing needs in one Place.
Business model
One of the greatest challenges for Banking & Insurance providers is establishing and maintaining a strong consumer engagement with the underserved. With Dakko Wellbeing, we engage the consumers throug their employment relationship. We have designed a B2B2C business model where Dakko engages consumers via the HR/payroll services. The benefits for SMEs and corporates are to deliver business process improvements and automation, that makes the platform an attractive proposition. Engagement with the corporate HR function also gives us access to rich HR/payroll data.
