Current Status
We are one of the few startups that has succeeded without investment, being completely bootstrapped, and earning revenue since day one. Our revenue has steadily grown year on year since our founding in late 2018. We are a proven top player in the marketplace, having been voted Best Gaming Backend as a Service two years in a row (2020, 2021) by the developer community. In addition, we've developed strategic partnerships with Amazon GameTech, CodeWizards, SuperNimbus, Servers.com, Redpill VR, Google for Games and more.

Our current customer segment primarily includes gaming and entertainment companies of all sizes. There are an estimated 1.6-2M game development studios worldwide whom generated over $180B in revenue in 2021.

Building online games and entertainment products is difficult, time consuming and very expensive to maintain and operate. Our goal is to democratize and revolutionize online game development by bringing proven AAA game technology to the masses in an unprecedented way.
Solution (product or service)
AcceleratXR has developed an online gaming technology ecosystem that is both plug-n-play and also limitless in potential and customization. Our upcoming Project DANGER will revolutionize the way online games are made and played by transforming the classic authoritative platform server model into a fully distributed mesh network capable of sustaining a game indefinitely without the constant investment of developers.
We are the only BaaS product in the market that offers independent and isolated server environments for each customer with direct database access and dedicated hardware provisioning to every customer at all pricing levels. We offer more than 3x as many built-in features and systems as our nearest competitor, saving develops as much as 80% of their development costs. We are one of only two products in the market that offers complete source code access to the entire platform. We maintain lower royalty and SaaS pricing compared to our competition due to our low overhead and operating cost efficiency.
Finance
We have a multi-variate cost structure and revenue stream split across three revenue streams. Our first revenue stream comes from pure licensing in which any developer that integrates AcceleratXR technology pays us a 4% royalty on their gross revenue for each product using our software. Our second revenue stream is from Software as a Service whereby we provide the total hosting, infrastructure and bandwidth cost for operating and managing the AcceleratXR technology platform on behalf of a developer. Developers pay per monthly active end-user with pricing varying from $0.003-0.03 per MAU per end-user product. Finally, we also offer consulting services to developers for the integration and support of our products and services.
Business model
Our business model is a combination of SaaS, B2B consulting and traditional IP licensing.

Our biggest risk is not being able to meet our current demand in the marketplace before our competitors catch up to us in terms of feature parity and/or service level.
