Our start-up is the hybrid of FinTech and AgriTech. We easily connecting stakeholders to each other. Trusted and transparence connection between portal and stakeholders are managed by smart contracts.
Current Status
The platform has been available in test mode since November and was launched at full capacity on May 15 this year. So far we have received several applications which are being processed. We must mention the Imereti agro-zone, where we are members of the A class of the Horticulture Training and Demonstration Center, which gives us the greatest potential for scaling. The platform includes all the stakeholders who will be interested in our offer.
Market
2.5 billion people are involved in agriculture in the world. Officially more than 550 million farms are registered. These numbers are growing rapidly as the population grows. In addition, our target audience is not only representatives of the agricultural sector, but also it will be attractive to financial, construction, industrial, logistics, educational, technological and other industries. At the first stage, we plan to launch our platform on the territory of Georgia as a pilot. because of the fact that the project is innovative and we have to create different modules of the supply chain. our management will ensure the creation of the services. After creating guidelines , methods, procedures, forms, hierarchy and other relevant components we will be ready to enter the international market.
Problem or Opportunity
The main problem for the agricultural sector is the lack of technological development. People's unsystematic approach causes difficulties and prevents them from using modern technologies. Mostly, they continue doing agricultural work, like cultivation and others, with traditional, outdated methods and without any business model, which is reflected in low productivity , lack of quality, cost inefficiency and also damages the whole ecosystem . Moreover , the non-organized and unsystematic approach promotes the uncontrolled release of carbon dioxide.
Solution (product or service)
Our product generates capacity for involvement in agriculture easily and also gives people the ability to exploit the opportunities. In addition, through our service we offer landowners to generate more harvest than they would yield with traditional ways of agriculture.
hypothetically , an individual living in a village will have a chance to become a millionaire, that adds a kind of excitement to agropreneurs to become a role model and bring more synergy to agriculture.
Competitors
As our competitors can be considered comodity markets, crypto currencies , and agrotech applications. we should mention that there is no precedent of a system which would work so synchronously as we do. Moreover, we will be open to collaborate with mentioned technologies and will try to turn this concurention into an opportunity.
Advantages or differentiators
If we consider applications made for agriculture as our concurrents then the main distinguishable feature is our innovative business model which ensures the bundle of each part of the chain , from seeking for financial support till receiving the final product.
If we consider that existing capital markets are our concurrents, the main distinguishable from them is the simplicity of capital investment , as well as attracting them. the owner of the plot, who lives in a village, doesn't have enough competence to attract investments. While through our platform this process will be possible by pressing a few buttons.
In comparison with cryptocurrencies our product is more stable in the view of our consumers. users easily understand the importance of intangible assets in their possession, also the user is involved in monitoring progress of their asset.
Our goal is to turn the competitors into our partners with the right communication and by offering them some benefits.
Finance
According to our roadmap, we plan to process the following transactions: for the first year- $0.5 million, for the second year - $1 million , for the third year- $10, for the fourth year - $ 50 million, for the fifth year - more than $ 1 billion . Our income will be around ten percent from these numbers. The price of a product depends on the market economy.
Copyright-protected smart contracts will be available on the platform, and their activation will result in automated actions. As a result, it will sometimes announce an auction or a tender, and occasionally it will involve relevant human resources. In short, those who will have the finances will be able to, for example, activate a ‘’strawberry smart contract’’ and get the product at a much lower price a few months later, or sell it before then. These transactions provide systematic approaches, quality assurance, traceability, and sustainable development. All of which will be in human language, even though it is a hybrid of Fintech and Agrotech based on blockchain technology.
Money will be spent on
Money will be spent on mobilization of leading specialists, such as marketologists, procurement specialists, quality managers , agronomists, financiers, and other development-oriented specialists.
Offer for investor
