ProSales Solutions is an End-to-end Property digital solution which has been in the market since June 2019, securing almost 100 projects and helping developers to deliver more than 10,000 properties.

Current Status

ProSales has already almost 100 projects in Malaysia secured in its order-book. Our plans are to expand this number to 250 and to secure a 12% share of the regional market equalling to 2,100 projects (mostly from Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore) within 2026, The region has an average of more than 20,000 ongoing development projects (calculated out of the past 5 years).

ProSales Solutions is an End-to-end Property digital solution which has been in the market since June 2019, securing almost 100 projects and helping developers to deliver more than 10,000 properties. From leads to sales and accounting to end with key delivery and defect management all the process happens on one platform, in a seamless and contactless manner, from anywhere at anytime.

Business model

Our revenue model is based on 6 years subscription per project (either payable monthly or yearly). On average a project guarantees to us RM200,000 over six years of use of solution.
