There are 870K individual truckers in Turkey.
An average of 450K daily domestic shipments.
300K of these are carried out on spot basis entirely through bilateral relations and commissions.
The rate of self-owned vehicles of logistics companies is not more than 5%. At a rate of 95%, the sector proceeds through individual truckers.
Individual truckers pay a commission of 100 – 400 TL per shipment. Most of the time this commission is unregistered.
This make total commission 4 -14 M $/d which is the daily total market of the industry.

Market entry; We can reach 1K truckers / day at the Office of GreenPort Logistics which is located the biggest logistics Terminal of Turkey its called Marmara Transporters Terminal in Kocaeli/Turkey,
Revenue Model; A service fee 10 TL will be charged from the truckers and 15 TL from the load owners per shipment. A subscription model will be also applied in later phases.
Promotion; Starting from the Marmara Transporters Terminal, we will scale by doing guerrilla marketing at the Transport Terminals located in every city of Turkey and globally.
