Problem or Opportunity
The marktet is complex and overpriced.It takes a long time to get offers from firms. Users are looking for holistic solutions (combining e-mob, solar systems and renewable heating systems), but usually they get only piece meal from firms (because firms sell what they know best and the components that they get the most price reduction from OEM). Users also want additional service like insurance, government subsidies, tax advisory, financing.
Installation firms spend a lot of time on travelling to customers, who only want to compare offers. Also they spend time and money on marketing.
Solution (product or service)
We give users a fast overview over different offers in real time, so they safe a lot of time. Also with our platform they will be able to safe up to 30%, because we provide the best offers. We provide a holistic solution, since we combine the installation of heat and solar in our offers. FInally, additional services also are available (energy sharing..). We help installation firms to get educated and reliable customers, to save money on marketing and time to travel to customers.
Business model
We take a 10% commission from installation firms for renewable energy projects they get from us. Also we will get commission from banks for loans to our customers, from insurances and as well as for applications for government subsidies.
