Cost-effective expansion of charging points for e-cars by using existing resources. Airbnb for charging points: A digital marketplace where commercially charging points are publicly accessible.
Current Status
Technology readiness level for go-live will be reached in the next 4 weeks, first LOIs will be converted into contracts for pilot phase, first new customers will be acquired.
Problem or Opportunity
Green mobility only works with accessible electromobility. However, electromobility is faltering due to a too slow, cost-intensive and inefficient expansion of the public charging infrastructure.
Solution (product or service)
We have identified through our own market surveys that as of today in Germany, over 100,000 already existing, NOT YET PUBLIC, commercial and private charging points are accessible to external e-car drivers AND the owners are ready for our sharing model.
All they need is a functioning platform with a fully comprehensive software solution to offer and further profit from.
And this is exactly what we have been looking for.
We have developed a software solution with a digital marketplace for sharing and still map the entire process chain.
Business model
The charging station providers enter into a 24 to 48 - month contract with us and pay a monthly base fee for the use of our SaaS.
The e-car drivers are provided with the service free of charge, but we charge a commission per charged kWh, which is already included in the price at the charging station.
