For individuals who want to develop themselves but struggle to get started, 21done provides a structured, flexible plan with steps and resources to help them kickstart their personal growth journey
Current Status
After validating our concepts and prototypes within > 100 user interviews and acquiring 80 service partners and 7 customers with no software, but by just sending out PDFs, we just went live in November in Germany. We plan to acquire 300 businesses and 150 paying customers by the end of Q1 in 2022.

We help individuals that struggle in their aim to grow as a person due to a lack of motivation, time, focus, guidance and access to services.
Solution (product or service)
Within our platform we combine offers from two markets: marketplaces for (experiential) services and coaching. For the latter, we offer a well-structured guide to create and customize a personal growth journey consisting of diverse steps enabling a user to holistically explore new development paths and reach new personal goals. In this journey, we combine free offers (e.g. articles, challenges, podcasts) with priced activities that are pulled from our marketplace based on the individual’s needs. The marketplace can be accessed also without the creation of a journey.
Business model
Our business model is based on commission for the mediation of experiential services offered by small local businesses. Furthermore, the journey concept will enable us to earn subscription revenues on a monthly basis - for B2C and B2B. We planned for premium features (e.g. journey to do together) that users are willing to pay 7,99 € on a monthly basis - in line with our research. According to our business case - which integrates commission and subscription revenue model - we plan to be profitable in 2024, targeting an EBIT of 4.1 Mio €. Growth will accelerate thereafter.
