Happyō is a social video platform uniting people through simple actions in real life. We got 76% day 30 retention at closed beta in AppStore and raising Pre-Seed for the US launch.
Current Status
We have formed the team of 7 full-time employees, got Euro 350.000 FFF + Angels investment, tested lots of hypotheses, pivoted 2 times, built an MVP, gathered 500+ users at closed beta in AppStore in July-August 2021 and got 76% day 30 retention. That helped us to get another euro 350.000 Pre-Seed investment from pro Angels and small VC funds and now we're getting ready for the public launch in the US to test growth hypotheses and get first 100.000 organic MAU by Spring 2022.

Loneliness has increased across the world. Globally, two in five people (41%) report becoming lonelier over the last 6 months. Traditional social networks designed to unite people indeed tend to divide us. They teach each person to compare themselves with others creating competitive environment.

Business model
We plan to use creator economy as a main driver for monetisation like Patreon, Twitter Super follow, YouTube creator subscriptions or Onlyfans (but no explicit content) Creators will produce public content to promote themselves and private content available through paid subscriptions.
Regular users will pay $2-10 per month to subscribe to 1 creator having 1-5 paid subscriptions resulting in $10+ ARPPU (average revenue per paying user). We get 20% commission as a platform and the rest goes to the creators.
