Problem or Opportunity

When travelling, most tourists book accommodations using one of the two traditional options: hotels or Airbnb.
Hotels are either overpriced or they are out of touch with the local experiences. Or both. On the other hand, we’ve all checked in to an Airbnb that simply does not meet our expectations when it comes to quality and cleanliness.

Solution (product or service)

Stayfolio is a disruptive platform that curates the most special stays for the experience-driven travelers with tech solusions.

Business model

Reservation platform with management model and commission model.
- Currently, we are actively promoting and working with 320 stays with 70 exclusive private stays (based on 3Q of 2021).
* Commission model: We receive 10% commission from the host with an average occupancy rate of 80%.
* Management model: An exclusive contract of 5 years with rights to 40% of revenue. Our implication varies but can go from actual design and construction to direct daily operations. The average occupancy rate for this model is more than 92%.
