Business Model BrandFace is a multi-sided platform -B2BC- and has to address both the consumer and customer side. As mentioned above, we need to grab users first. To co-create branded content and to keep users on the platform, income and talent demonstration will be the key offerings. BrandFace can generate revenue via startups to Tier1 brands. Since the product has come a long way, the creator fund, marketing and data team will be the main costs from now on.
