Today a home buyer has two options:
1) choose from predesigned models offered by a builder or 2) pay an architect to design a home for them which requires 2 months to design plus the time to build. Both options are expensive and put financial pressure on every stakeholder in the process.
Additionally, they need to take the time to source all the parties involved in the process, and manage the process almost entirely offline.
Solution (product or service)
We are using generative AI technology to facilitate a just-in-time home buying marketplace that designs the homes people want when they want it and pairs them with professionals who are ready to help them build their dream home, 100% online.
Business model
We charge a monthly recurring fee (4$50 - $750) to all stakeholders involved in the home building process to use our platform (home builders, architects, mortgage brokers.
Additionally, we charge a 5-7% transaction fee on each new home reservation.
