Idea

FAZDR is an "on-demand" delivery app where everyone can become a courier to fulfill orders located nearby.

Current Status

Fully working (ready to launch) app on Appstore and on Google Play. App is in three languages (English, Russian and Latvian). Working website connected with Appstore and on Google Play. Website is SEO optimized, made in Uber, Rocket delivery, Stuart, etc. style.
The investment is necessary for testing the final product and for PR and marketing activities.

Market

Potential clients are webshop customers and also clients who are using local internet market platforms. In accordance with publicly available information, it could be up to 25 000-30 000 daily deliveries.

Problem or Opportunity

Possible problems:
* new and unknown product;
* parcel machine competitors;
* on the early stage can be a small number of users.

Opportunities: notwithstanding with competitors, we could offer on-demand same-day delivery for a competitive price.

Solution (product or service)

Nowadays users want to receive their purchases on the same day. Unfortunately (or luckily for us), parcel machine deliveries usually take from 3-5 days (in rush time, like Christmas, etc. it could take even a week). With our service, you can send and receive your parcel personally without wasting time finding the nearest parcel machine.

Advantages or differentiators

The main advantage is same-day delivery for a competitive price that allows us to work not only with physical persons but also with a webshops.

Finance

Our revenue is a commission from each delivery.

Business model

The total cost of delivery is calculated eur per km but not more than 9,99 eur per delivery. The size of our country or capital allows delivering every parcel for such a price. The courier will get 75% from revenue and we'll keep 25% from revenue. Couriers are independent service providers and we're no hiring them.

Money will be spent on

Money will be spent on adding some specific features to the app, webpage localization in English and Russian languages, the final (independent) testing of the product, PR and marketing activities.

Offer for investor

24% of the company shares.
