ProHouse is an AI-powered ConTech (Construction Technology) solution that helps the property developers/ contractor to monitor and control construction quality and workmanship.

Current Status

Currently ProHouse is in the prototype stage. We are still enhancing the AI algorithm in the solution.

Market

ProHouse target market can be divided into three categories, Property developer, contractor, and architect or consultant. There is a total estimate of 5,400 potential ProHouse users in Malaysia.

Problem or Opportunity

We all know that quality control is not an easy task during construction, especially when you are going to maintain the quality of work within a specific timeline. The problem for construction inspection today is average it takes minimum 3 mins to submit an inspection record, after that it takes 2 days for contractor to receive it, and after the work has been rectified, it takes almost 3 days again for the verification process. All this is due to the traditional method of inspection handling during construction.

Solution (product or service)

ProHouse is trying to reduce the average duration of inspection submission to just 1 min. And instantly the contractor in charge will receive the task after submission. And after they complete the rectification, our ProHouse will have a first-level AI verification for their work done.

Competitors

Currently we don't have a direct competitor that is implementing Artificial Intelligence into construction inspection solutions. But there is other quality management solution in the market such as Procore and Buildspace.

Advantages or differentiators

We are the first AI-powered solution in quality management solution.

Finance

We are running on a subscription basis by annual for different categories of clients. We are planned to achieve RM2.6 million annual revenue within 2 years.

The money will be spent on our Sales & Marketing, R&D, human talent, and also working capital.
