Fanera is on the road to bigger and greater things. Since launch, we won the challenge 22 competition for being a disruptive sports solution, we gained over 120k active users who spent 30min on weekly basis, and publish 70 thousand content with 3.5m engagement month over month, Fanera has generated $57k in revenue in the last 12 months, partnered with top influencers in the region, and most importantly we piloted Fanera in partnership with the host of the world cup, currently in the final talks with FIFA Arab cup

Football is the most popular and most televised sport in the world. There are approximately 1.2 billion (and growing) football enthusiasts with internet enabled smartphones and the love of the sport at their fingertips. More importantly, Football has the most sponsorships worldwide, mainly due to the fact that it is a 40 billion dollar industry with an 8% annual growth.

We sell SAAS Fan CRM to clubs and sponsorship at $15000 annually, and also we promote sportwear providers' merchandise where Fanera share revenue with 10%, last month we sold 400 units which generate $7000 in revenue. we are also launching our gamification feature where we sell in-app purchases where we sell points that can be exchanged with NFT.

For Fanera to succeed, we need to open the eyes of the the 3.5 billion fans worldwide to an innovative and dedicated platform to their needs in partnership with big players in the right industry such as the host for the world cup, goal.com, football clubs and players as well as influencers
Team Risk - Due to the fact that we are currently fundraising, a number of our employees are part-time. To mitigate the risk, we have offered employees stock options, and upon solidifying an investment, those employees would be converted to full-time employees.
Sales Risk - Although our product has a social media aspect for the fans, we also have a club management platform that provides clubs a platform to manage their clubs, their fans, their fan engagement. However, In order to sell our product to clubs, we need to increase our user base. In order to resolve this issue, we created a gamification component with in-app purchases to help generate revenue from our users as we grow our fanbase.
Technology Risks: building a solution that can be scalable, secured and available 24/7 would require significant financial resources to ensure the delivery of our services continue without interruption. If an interruption occurs this would lead to an inability to deliver a quality service.
