Fanera is the first social network for and by football fans, clubs, and brands to connect them with like-minded fans. Fanera is on road to the Worldcup 2022

Current Status

Fanera is on the road to bigger and greater things. Since launch, we won the challenge 22 competition for being a disruptive sports solution, we gained over 120k active users who spent 30min on weekly basis, and publish 70 thousand content with 3.5m engagement month over month, Fanera has generated $57k in revenue in the last 12 months, partnered with top influencers in the region, and most importantly we piloted Fanera in partnership with the host of the world cup, currently in the final talks with FIFA Arab cup

Football is the most popular and most televised sport in the world. There are approximately 1.2 billion (and growing) football enthusiasts with internet enabled smartphones and the love of the sport at their fingertips. More importantly, Football has the most sponsorships worldwide, mainly due to the fact that it is a 40 billion dollar industry with an 8% annual growth.

3.5 Billion fans around the world are without a dedicated platform to unite them with one common interest, Football.
Fans currently have to follow dozens of sites to get all the latest football content which barely reaches 10% of fans due to a lack of personalization.
Football clubs are struggling to connect and monetize their audience beyond the match time
Brands are also experiencing a much lower ROI due to algorithms, are spending much more and reaching a maximum of 30% of their followers.

Solution (product or service)

Fanera, is a revolutionary 360 degree solution for football fans and clubs:
Fan Engagement app: crowdsourced football app that is intuitive, scalable and multilingual for fans to build a football community of their friends, favorite teams and influencers
Club Management Platform: Fanera has developed a powerful dashboard for clubs to connect with their fans based on various demographics and provide useful analytics to help the club monetize their followers.

Competitors

We consider indirect competitors divided into two groups:

Informative football apps (365scores, forza, iqoniq, livescores), these platform focus on the match information and deal with fans as consumer where they promote stats and highlights. Fanera is dealing with fans as the source of content. And we shift them fr om content consumers to content creators wh ere we provide 2 ways of communication with fans.
Available social networks: (Facebook, IG, TikTk, Twitter): these platforms are covering football as another topic among other 1000+ topics, and fans are wasting 4 hours a week to access football content among these platforms. While 90% of the content is

Advantages or differentiators

What sets us apart from other competitors is that we’re a first market mover in the era of fan engagement. We’re a dedicated, crowdsourced and personalized football platform that is customizable to each user's preferences. Fanera is a comprehensive solution for fans and clubs with our own AI and a gamification component for an added layer of customer loyalty.

Finance

We sell SAAS Fan CRM to clubs and sponsorship at $15000 annually, and also we promote sportwear providers' merchandise where Fanera share revenue with 10%, last month we sold 400 units which generate $7000 in revenue. we are also launching our gamification feature where we sell in-app purchases where we sell points that can be exchanged with NFT.

Business model

Fanera’s business model focuses on three main pillars.
Club subscriptions: Although the majority of the tools that we provide to a football club are free, there are some additional analytics and business intelligence reporting that are fee-based.
Ad Manager: A tool that allows clubs, influencers, sponsors or brands to create ad campaigns for their target audience.
In App Purchases: With new gamification features, users can gather points, badges

Money will be spent on

30% towards marketing & Sales (increase 1M active users, partner with an additional 100+ influencers and 50+ paying customers/clubs with a focus on the World Cup and the European Market), 35% towards growing the team more with additional team members (growth hacker, SEO specialist, business development and a sales and customer success team in Europe), 25% Research and Development (enhance the gamification with additional features and functionality and Introduce NFT, build our Stadium Management Platform), 2.5% Campaign Perks, 7.5% towards WeFunder fees

Risks

We believe that the indirect competition from the big players like facebook, snapchat or tiktok could be our biggest risk.

However, every time we believe the market is oversaturated with social media platforms, someone comes around and does things better!

For Fanera to succeed, we need to open the eyes of the the 3.5 billion fans worldwide to an innovative and dedicated platform to their needs in partnership with big players in the right industry such as the host for the world cup, goal.com, football clubs and players as well as influencers

Team Risk - Due to the fact that we are currently fundraising, a number of our employees are part-time. To mitigate the risk, we have offered employees stock options, and upon solidifying an investment, those employees would be converted to full-time employees.

Sales Risk - Although our product has a social media aspect for the fans, we also have a club management platform that provides clubs a platform to manage their clubs, their fans, their fan engagement. However, In order to sell our product to clubs, we need to increase our user base. In order to resolve this issue, we created a gamification component with in-app purchases to help generate revenue from our users as we grow our fanbase.

Technology Risks: building a solution that can be scalable, secured and available 24/7 would require significant financial resources to ensure the delivery of our services continue without interruption. If an interruption occurs this would lead to an inability to deliver a quality service. Fanera has partnered with AWS and Google to make sure we maintain high standard practices to users and customers

Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment

We have participated in Techween program for 3 months in Oman and Ireland with a known organization work with thousands of startups called NDRC.
