Zenbil has started as a grocery delivery application, we have changed it to marketplace, but still focus on grocery delivery.
Current Status
We started sale since September 2020. Now we have more 25 thousand downloads. We have around 5000 active users. We have done more than 50 thousand dollars sale.
Market
Right now we work in Baku, we are planning to go to other 2 big cities in Azerbaijan. Later we are planning to go to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzystan, Kazakistan markets. Our main customers are women who are not able to go supermarket, old people who are struggling to go supermarket, and people who do not have time to leave their workplace or visit supermarket due to rush hours after work or before work.
Problem or Opportunity
We have contract with big supermarket chains. We provide our customers stock of those supermarkets and we work with them on commission based. The problem is that supermarkets cannot give correct stock which is inconvenient for our customers , they take time to prepare orders which is affecting delivery time, commission is only 5%.
Solution (product or service)
We are planning to open our own stores in each area of Baku. Benefits of opening store are: providing correct stock to customers, reducing delivery time, and bringing more profit to company. We are planning to stock around 1000 minimum products that our customers usually order from us, reduce delivery time to 15-20 minutes, and vendors which provide products to supermarkets are giving commission around 15-30% depending on product. On the other side we will be working with restaurants, pet shops, dry cleaning services, maid services and etc which gives us 20% or more.

There are only 2 companies which have their own store: Tuk Tuk and MarketIn
Advantages or differentiators
Our advantage is that we know what our customers buy and we will be mostly keeping those products, since we already work with supermarkets. Our pricing strategy will be our benefit. Working hours will be 24 hours which none of these companies work 24 hour.
