Idea

Tribee is a SaaS for businesses with a large number of front-line employees spread across the country. We enable businesses struggling to motivate the right employee behaviours, to increase sales performance while allowing employees to maximize their commercial benefits.

Current Status

The company has been incorporated in August 2020. Released first MVP with 15 clients in November. Rolled out the second business model in March 2021 and signed the first 2 paid enterprise customers in April and May.

Market

Tribee total addressable market is 145 million of employees in Southeast Asia.

Currently, Tribee focuses on customer-facing employees in companies based in Ho Chi Minh City. Key industries are: retail, F&B, real estate, insurance, education, etc.

Retail and similar businesses struggle to accelerate their sales growth. They don't have tools to reach all front-line employees spread across the location to roll out sales campaigns effectively and collect insights from the field in real time.
