Dinabite is a unique marketing automation system for food service operators that aggregates the best marketing tools in a single platform, and uses AI to improve performance

Current Status

In our survey of 200 London-based restaurateurs, 90% said they want a tool to make their marketing easier.
Beta version (V1.0) with 5 tools integrated is now released and POC tested by 75+ users.

Market

Our target are Virtual kitchens, delivery and takeaway restaurants, small food stores that sell online in the UK and US initially, followed by a quick international expansion

Problem or Opportunity

Today there are many tools available for food service marketing in many areas, but each tool is separate with its own model and reporting, making the process very time and effort intensive, and making it difficult to understand what works. The result is high costs and poor ROI

Dinabite is a unique marketing automation system with a focus on restaurants & bars, virtual kitchens, food stores.
It aggregates all the best marketing tools in a single, easy to use platform.
It uses AI to develop the best marketing strategies that maximise results.

Competitors

1. Restaurants marketing tools - thease are specialized, siloed solutions, and none of them offers an aggregated, AI powered marketing platform

2. Social media aggregators (e.g. Hootsuite) 2. Marketing reporting (e.g. Funnel).
and omni channel players. Their services tend to be designed for larger companies, and each of them is focused on a single area, e.g. social media automation, or marketing reporting stack, or customer reach. None of them can aggregate through the whole marketing value chain. Some of these players could be future partners to provide specific functionalities to our platform.

Advantages or differentiators

Our solution is better because:
a. we cover all of marketing, not just one space,
b.we focus on food services only and include also tools typical of hospitality such as Reviews, Messaging, Special offers, Fidelity, Reservations, Delivery
c. our interface is extremely simple and easy to use
d. we have unique AI capabilities

Two sources of revenue

1 Food service operators -
Subscription model, with a trial period and two plans:
Basic - Aggregated marketing tool - £40/month
Premium- AI recommendations - £90/month
Fees for bespoke services such as data insights and recommendations.
Partners

2. Revenue-share from marketing partners that are aggregated on our platform and from EPOS providers that aggregate Dinabite in their platforms.
