Our competitors are 15five, ally.io, perdoo, lattice, workpath, weekdone. These providers focusing more on OKR software.

We provide OKRs and tools around performance-related subjects for companies with performance management expertise for Europe, US, and Asia.

subscription model. We charge per user per month / or year, starting from USD 3.33 per user per month.
We want to grow our MRR to a minimum of 10 Mil USD per month in 2025.

Business model

We create content on Performance coaching and subjects to boost our organic SEO content marketing. We are working with performance coaches together to increase our credibility and authority in performance management consulting and business. We established the OKR Institute (okrinstitute.org) and drive also traffic from this source to FlowyTeam. We haven't spent any marketing budget so far.
