Idea

We are a marketing analytics firm based in Ho Chi Minh City. Different from other platforms, we bring in more monetization and insightful models for our clients who are in the financial, telecommunication and retail sectors.

Current Status

- We are on-boarding 3 first commercial customers (medium size & startup), with total revenue of 65,000 US$ for 2021 (annual recurring)
- Piloting with 3 customers (platform integration) at big-size
- Remaining Pipeline of 10 customers in negotiation

Market

We target customers of SMES and large enterprises from financial, telecommunication and retail sectors.

Pain points of the customers:
- They know customers in all touch points but they cannot maximize the customer life time value.
- We want to help improve customer retention, loyalty, and encourage cross sales between brands.
- We hope to create superb customer experience (CX,NPS,CSAT)

- We have orchestrated an omni channel marketing tailored by budget, channel, content, timing and goals.

Business model

We have two main lines of revenue streams:
- Subscription model: Annual License Fee = (AVG monthly active users, sum of all channels: Online+Offline) * Ratecard * Adjusted by Industry * 12 (months)
Subscription includes free training & onboarding:
1. Usage training
2. Integration guideline

- We have the consulting service fees, which is fixed by range: $10K - $50K/consulting pack by scope"

Other than the two lines, we also derive fees from marketing support and marketing services, which are charged case by case.
