Studio 3DX is a real-time coordination platform for professionals in the architecture, engineering and construction industry to improve their workflow with powerful tools to report design issues and collaborate in no-time.

Our product is online at studio3dx.com and app.studio3dx.com where you can sign-up and start using the solution right away. We launched the latest solution in December 2020. We currently have more than 300 users and 79 active users in the last 30 days. We also give a lot of focus to channels and nodes that can bring value to the company, and for that, we partnered with software companies, design and engineering offices to disseminate and empower our solution

Our customers are Team Leaders/ Managers in architecture and engineering firms, working on-site and off-site and report design issues within their organisation and their partners. More specifically, our target audience is BIM Managers, (Building Information Modeling Managers), which is a specific methodology and workflow in the construction industry.

Studio 3DX is part of the Building Information Modeling market. In 2019 it is valued at $4.9 billion, and with a compound annual growth rate of more than 19%, the market size of BIM is projected to grow above $11 billion by 2025. We place our innovation in the software segment of BIM, which takes up to 59% of the BIM market.

From research and Interviewing our customers we saw a recurring problem which was bad coordination between different stakeholders and with limited and expensive tools that bring architectural and engineering issue-reporting, causes a project to immerse into design and construction errors, costly rollbacks and postponement of the development schedule.

Studio 3DX, a cloud solution, empowers the professionals' workflow in all phases of a building cycle and for all project stakeholders. Studio 3DX provides a real-time coordination toolkit, that our customers' report design issues, and coordinate in no-time with virtual meetings, live 3D sessions and issue management.

We offer a scalable pricing tier depending on the number of users. Our pricing currently is at 49 Euros per user per month. For year 5 we expect more than 40'000 customers that will bring around 17 mil. Euros in Net Profit.

At the early stages of Parametricos, we raised 50’000 Euros and started developing a similar product, that we later pivoted to Studio 3DX. This happened during the 4 months period where we took part at the Founders Institute Accelerator Program in Berlin in winter 2019.
