What would you pay for an employee to never quit again? Ariglad is the first HR case management system that increases your employee's happiness & taps into their potential. Employees can send anonymous (or not) messages to HR via Teams/Slack. This is a typical Slack experience for them, but HR can track all employee queries via a dashboard and case management tool. Different from other solutions, Ariglad automatically connects employees with HR resources relating to their questions. Employees can feel free to bring up concerns, and HR get's a birds-eye view of how their culture is faring.
Current Status
After launching our beta program in the Summer of 2020 we quickly obtained 5 paying customers. Following our official launch in the Fall of 2020 we have since obtained over 10 customers. In January of this month, we are expecting to close several high-profile customers in the tech industry. We have also welcomed two high profile team members: Lindsay Kresch (Director of Partnerships at CultureSync and Masters of Psychology at Northwestern) and Jennifer Longnion (Former executive at Coca-Cola and COO at Dollar Shave Club).
