FLO is a no-code plug & play tool that enables businesses to build USSD, SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp solutions without writing a line of code or hiring any tech expertise.

Current Status

Traction:

We are currently powering 16 Businesses across 8 countries in Africa.

each business is paying a monthly subscription fee bringing our MRR to $1,125

Market

Our target market are SMEs that

1.Serve 0ver 500 customers on a monthly basis
2. Whose offering is inclined towards service
3. Have a monthly operating budget of $500 and above
4. Located in urban areas, cities, and towns.
5. Wish to digitize customer operations to increase their customer base while cutting cost
6. Cannot sustain an onsite tech team to manage a tech infrastructure.

Problem or Opportunity

SMEs in Africa gobble with limited resources, as such they find it hard to automate operations due to hefty overhead costs that come with hiring & maintain an onsite tech team to build and maintain tech infrastructures.

Most SMEs find it hard to increase their customer base due to limited capital to invest in tech solutions to expand operations.

Integration into local service APIs is cumbersome for SMEs since most service providers have varying integration protocols.
This means each time they need to do an integration, they have to hire a tech expert to do write integration code.

To address this gap, Saada Tech developed FLO,

FLO is a no-code plug & play tool that enables businesses to build USSD, WhatsApp, IVR, and programmable SMS solutions in minutes, without writing a line of code.

The tool has two main components

1. Flow builder service
2. Integrations Service

While others focus on helping businesses automate the creation of solutions, we take a localized approach by including an off-the-shelf integration micro-service that enables businesses to instantly connect to local service provider APIs in each market without needing to write code. This means we enable businesses to create holistic solutions that are relatable to each local market.


We give customers the freedom to choose their preferred service provider for USSD/SMS/WhatsApp on our dashboard, by generating an easy to copy webhook.

We charge a subscription fee to our customers.

The subscription is divided into tiers which are determined by the number of customers that a business serves and the number of third-party integrations that a business consumes.
