An Influencer Marketing Platform thats driven by artificial intelligence to accurately match influencers to brands/organisations, manage end to end campaigns and most importantly, bring transparency in the measurement of ROI

Current Status

AIfluence went live in March 2020 with MVP and have currently closed contracts worth $500k and with $1.2M in the pipeline. We look forward to a strong close of the year (2020) at a projected $1M

Market

Our go-to-market strategy consists of
1) Goverment Aid agencies and NGOs - mainly for community outreach and social behavioural change campaigns. These segment typically has, high budgets, multi-country scope and fast decision making. We already have great relationships with DFID and AMREF

2) Medium to Large Sized Multinationals - We target multi-nationals who can roll-out campaigns in multiple countries who have the budgets required to deploy AIfluence to full effect. Our priority verticals are Banking, Telcos and FMCGs

3) As our reputation and visibility grows we are increasingly approached to pitch alongside Partners around the world. To date we have submitted bids
in a sub-contracted capacity with agencies/orgs based in UK and US.

Problem or Opportunity

Influencer marketing is the fastest growing and one of the most impactful media channels today, due to the ad blocking movement and that key demographic are not spending time in front of the TV. Marketers have realised that their customers actually trust recommendations from people they trust and relate to. Despite Influencer marketing being the most valuable channel today, marketers surveyed across the board have said that, determining the ROI of influencer marketing campaigns is the biggest pain point. Other pain points are; finding the right influencer and managing these influencers

Solution (product or service)

We have intergrated AI at the very core of what we do to solve the biggest problems in influencer marketing today by;
1) matching the right influencers with the right target audience and with an affinity to a brand
2) Managing end to end influencer marketing campaigns
3)Bringing transparency in the measurement of ROI of influencer marketing campaigns

Competitors

We have first mover advantage with this technology. All our competitors offer double-sided market places or use basic keyword searches to identify influencers

Advantages or differentiators

The product is built by highly succesful and experienced Marketers with over 30 years combined experience in Brand Advocacy and Influencer marketing strategies. They have converted their unique skillsets that have seen them successfully grow global brands in sub saharan Africa, into an advanced algorithm and proprietary software.

Finance

We have 4 revenue streams
1) Awareness campaigns (Goverment Agencies and NGOs) - $100k per campaign
2) Large Multinationals - $70k to $150k per year
3) Mid- Sized Multinationals - $30k - $50k per year
4) SaaS platform (under development)

We share 20% -30% with influencers in our current unit economics model. In the next 5 years we anticipate the SaaS platform to be our highest revenue generator with revenues standing at $20M per year

Business model

Our business model consists of four offerings

1) Awareness campaigns - where conduct community outreach and social behavioural change campaigns for Govt. Aid agencies and NGOs (e.g. we are currently running several campaigns on Covid 19 response with DFID)
2) Brand Campaigns - Awareness campaigns on products and services
3) Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns - Sales driven campaigns
4) SaaS Model- Placing the power of our platform in the hands of our customers

Money will be spent on

AIfluence seeks to raise US $750K to finance product development, geographical expansions and working capital needs;

Expansion - Develop a SaaS module, establish presence in South Africa, Egypt and Nigeria in the next 12 months
Working Capital - Recruiting key talent in Tech, Business Development and Creator & Customer Success Roles

These should get us to our next milestone of $200k - $300k in monthly revenue in the next 12 months
