Nuntiux has gone live with an invite only version at first quarter of 2020. We have had a strong demand from students. Solution (product or service)
We enable students to raise the needed funds while providing access to investors to directly invest in the students. Using AI we assess students future potential and propensity to succeed thus allowing improved risk management and returns for the investors while increasing the chances of the student the raise the needed funds. We unlock the potential of students and in the process create improved market opportunity for investors to directly access a market that until now has been controlled by large banks providing student loans.
Competitors
There are multiple substitutions for what we offer.
Traditional student loans - these are 6 players that control most of the market, yet they are incumbent, traditional and expensive debt structure solutions which are predentary and have a very negative perception by students.
Vemo - company that has been operating for several years providing the basic infrastructure to universities to conduct their own Income share agreement solution. Using fairly low tech and simple UI's they allow the access and facilitation of the ISA's to institutions. Our direct to market approach is different and in essence we do not compete as they offer the service via universities and at a fixed rate.
Universities - Purdue university initiated its own (and first) ISA program to its own students. They provide it at a fixed price where students get a chance to take the offer or not. Rates are pre-determined by the university and are failing to account for many biases that lead to the same crisis with the current student loans debt.

Data - we are collecting unique data sets that allows us to run predictability AI models on future income prospects of students (FutureCreditScore). using such unique data such as video CV's of students we are able to develop unique tools that will establish the path of success and income levels in the future. We strongly believe this will allow us to create multiple product opportunities such as API for assessing future income levels of loan requestors or car financing etc.
Our team is comprised of season business and startup veterans as well as super passionate young team who are directly linked to the problem most of them are recent graduates who are experiencing first hand the impact of student debt. Our team combines the technology, business and passion to solve the problem - we believe this is our secret sauce.
Finance
Our revenue is established in several ways: 1) Directly from the transactions taking place on our platform at the time of investment 2) we charge an operational fee for each monthly transaction we take from the students and pass to investors establishing a long LTV of each student to us. 3) we are building capability to conduct future credit assessment, thus later will be able to analyze for many companies the future ability of a university graduate to return from earnings - i.e. the earning potential in the future.
Business model
We operate on a fee based structure (commission) out of successful raised funds for the students. Our charge is divided between the investor and the students at the time of investment.
Channels: Direct - We use both direct channels to students, on campus representation, student digital channels, cooperation's with student unions and groups. With such early stages this channel has proven to yield highly cost effective
Digital - our team has strong digital presence on all social media channels and we use specific and unique model to target advertising on small scale in order to have high efficiency of spent ad revenue. With fairly low cost spent we have managed to generate strong traffic and visitors base as well as waiting lists for our service and product.

Based on current inputs we are looking to raise at a pre-money valuation of USD7.5mil. We are offering for the first 2 investors an improved pre-money valuation at USD6.5mil.
We are flexible and will be happy to negotiate with the right investors if we see the alignment and long term shared vision.
The demand for our product is very high, we are pioneers in our approach. The key risk is a slow growth path where it will take us years to reach our critical mass and many students will continue to graduate with student debt. We believe with the right funding we can have a strong growth path and help as many students as we can all the while creating strong economic opportunities for investors for a good returns.
Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment
Our team choose to bootstrap at early stage and have only raised a small round from angle investors, since our team has a strong combination of skills with our appointment of an advisory board we felt acceleration program will not be a suitable path for us.
