Problem or Opportunity
The founders of iPaidThat started from the realization that preparing their accounting and sending them to their accountant was a waste of time for the entrepreneurs. In fact, managers encounter several problems: having all the accounting documents and business expenses accounts, to sort them, to store them and to send them in an orderly manner. This leads to a lack of visibility on the company’s financial health.
Therefore, they wanted to facilitate the work of business managers and they created iPaidThat.

iPaidThat collects automatically ALL the invoices that a customer might have and stocks them in one place. It is uncomplicated to be implemented, the onboarding process is really easy. The advantage of iPaidThat is that the client could save time by focusing more on its business and less on the accounting of the company. Our platform guarantees the security of all the documents thanks to the bank reconciliation and categorization. It helps customers follow their cash flow in real time.
