Currently, we work on first step and have backend and frontend (stack is node.js + ionic 5). We have functional to create, sign, share and pass exams in online mode. Latest works directed to design, optimization existing code and to add offline mode.

Public information: On 2019 in Russia was around 16M students in schools.
For example: School create custom testing to prepare students to exams and put it as a cost in 5$ (very close to lower pirce) in our product.
Strategy: Based on public information we can calculate our target audience, and it will by around 8M students which have every half of year 3-5 main exams. In 2022 we plan get 15-20% of this space on russian market.
Financial: Based on strategy and example we can imagine estimated profit around $4M per year on Russian territory.
