We are designed specifically from the group up for use for buying goods and services and sending and receiving money both locally and internationally, While we build our custom blockchain we have launched as a token on the Stellar network so we can work on Partnerships and adoption. Node operators will earn fees on Transactions carried out on the blockchain, fees are 1c per 2 party transaction and 5c for a private transaction

We will also be setting up a remittance platform for people who do not want to use the Blockchain itself for sending money and the fees for this are higher but cheaper than competitors, will work the cost out once we obtain licenses in different jurisdictions, as this will influence costs.

Node operators will be making a % of the fees earned by the network, Transactions on the blockchain will cost 1 c per 2 party transaction and 5c for a private transaction. The remittance platform will also charge additional fees on transactions conducted thru its web portal when customers choose to send money internationally or locally.

On Dec 13, 2018, Dolla participated in a startup pitch event in Silicon Valley. Overall there were around 40 startups competing for the opportunity to pitch their token, only 8 were given the chance and Dolla was voted number 1 to pitch. We also received the most votes on the night.
