Idea

Our drive-thru enables restaurants, retail, & grocery to serve customers without contacting shared surfaces—for Contactless curbside pickup and drive-thru—protecting employees & customers. We've also reimagined the ordering kiosk, with the AI-driven Humdinner smartMenu which enables customers to interact & engage in a fun, new way while they're placing their orders. True Contactless commerce is finally here, and with our multiple-lane approach, restaurants can double or triple income from their drive-thru (which was 70% of revenue pre-COVID and 95%+ since COVID).

Current Status

We have completed all engineering of the physical system and it is now available for sale. We have our first LOI from a restaurant chain. Manufacturing for the initial build-outs is 6-8 weeks. We have interested customers & investors and numerous partnerships with manufacturers.

Market

Our projections are based on capturing only a small percentage of only new construction QSR in the next few years. With just 15% of new builds by year three, Humdinner will have over $1B USD revenue.

Problem or Opportunity

Prior to COVID, our system was being developed to solve the serious problem of customer flow at Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) by providing a multi-lane order, payment, and pickup drive-thru system.

With the emergence of COVID, the old models of restaurants and retail have been changed forever as employees and customers cannot accept the risks of contact. Humdinner's technology was adapted to provide an end-to-end Contactless order, payment, and pickup which protects customers and employees by enabling the entire process to be true Contactless commerce.

With >95% of QSR business coming through the drive-thru, our system allows restaurants to double or triple income, essentially eliminate lines, protect employees & customers, and thrive through their drive-thru.

Solution (product or service)

Restaurants love our system and are discussing how to implement it in their locations. We also have gotten the attention of grocery as they seek a safe route to curbside ordering & pickup.

Competitors

There are no direct competitors currently.
The only alternatives are:
- Taking no post-COVID precautions
- Current drive-thru methods (low-touch at best and service is slow)
- Current curb-side methods (low-touch at best and service is even slower)
- Delivery (fees are up to 30% of the total ticket, making it a loss for restaurants)

Advantages or differentiators

We provide the world's first real Contactless solution for restaurants, retail, and grocery, protecting customers & employees while helping reopen businesses.

Additionally, we enable QSR to double or triple their income through their drive-thru.

Finance

Our business model has us earning $22k USD per lane sold, as well as an additional $6k/year per lane installed for maintenance contracts and $1200/mo as a SaaS on all implementations of our AI-driven smartMenu system.

Business model

We have three direct revenue streams:
- Sales of the drive-thru lanes
- Yearly maintenance agreements
- SaaS monthly subscription for management and data insights from our AI and Machine Learning system

Money will be spent on

Completing the AI-based smartMenu and build-outs of the first installations.

Offer for investor

We are looking for $2MM USD in exchange for $10% of the company.

Risks

Competition may emerge, but our tech took approximately 18 months to develop and is patent-pending.

There is a utility patent pending.
