With focus on 4A domains : AI, AUTOMATION, ANALYTICS & AUGMENTATIVE, Gokaddal is a Digital Solutions Exchange which connects all stakeholders onto a common platform, Gokaddal platform aims to provide this experience by bringing Solution Providers, Solution Seekers & Solution Integrators on one common aggregated platform.

Current Status

Gokaddal Ver 1.0 was launched in March 2020. In spite of Lockdown situation since then, we have got more than 20 solutions onboarded from 7 revenue paying customers. Also currently our customer base is around 10, with more than 50 registered but waiting for situation to be easy to place orders.

Gokaddal Ver 1.0 is completely in business now. Future enhancements planned later this year includes more features and solutions.

Market

We are a B2B platform, with two type of target customers :

1. Solution Providers: Innovative, Emerging solution providers in the areas of Smart Cities, IOT, AI, Data Analytics, Drones, Robotics, AR/VR from emerging solution hubs like India, Singapore, UAE, Europe and North America.
2. Solution Seekers: Enterprises from industry verticals like Smart Cities, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Education, Oil n Gas, Utilities and BFSI who are deploying and adopting digital solutions. Major geograophies includes Mid East, Africa, Latin America, South Asia and Eastern Europe.

Problem or Opportunity

One big challenge customers face today is availability and access to Digital Solutions. Unlike products which can be bought with a click, Solution is more complex as it involves multiple components
Providers especially new age companies and start-ups across the globe are struggling to find geographies whereas enterprises are finding it difficult to reach Right solution providers.
There is currently no such platform or exchange of such solutions neither is there any mechanism to connect such Providers and Seekers of Digital Transformation Solutions.

Gokaddal platform aims to provide this experience by bringing Solution Providers, Solution Seekers & Solution Integrators on one common aggregated platform. Gokaddal platform is first of its kind and brings 3 functionalities into one platform:

Gokaddal is a Cloud Platform providing Digital Solutions Aggregation, Marketplace & Delivery functionalities for Digital Solution Providers and Integrators. Gokaddal enables Solution positioning, sales and delivery across the world thereby connecting Solution Providers, Seekers and Integrators in a common platform.

Competitors

As of now no such platform or channel exists. However our main competition will be System integrators and freelance solution developers but they will have limited geographical scope

Advantages or differentiators

First mover advantage and access to large ecosystem of Solution Providers is our key USP. Providing a common, integrated platform for Solution Sourcing, Deployment and Management is a key differentiation. As there is no similar platform today, we clearly have an advantage over coming competition. Another key advantage will be that we come from “been there, done that” approach. Have made my hands dirty in these tech areas and this understanding helps in brining right solution to right seeker.

GOKADDAL Business model is around 3 major focus areas:
1. Subscription model with 3 tier subscription offering
2. Revenue Share model with x% of revenue retained from Digital Solutions sourced via our platform
3. XaaS for feasible solutions delivered via our cloud platform

Cost includes COGS, Customer Acquisition and Operations.

Approx average Revenue ticket size per customer is USD 2000-3000 per year.
