I have built a very solid platform and invested almost $1m into development so far. I am looking for a co-founder that can contribute $300k for a 50% equity stake and will work with me as CEO or other position on creating a $100M+ SaaS company targeted small businesses. I have experience and almost everything ready to launch in 6 months. I already spent 3 years on development, just need some help finishing platform adaptation, get additional budget for initial customer acquisition that will lead to a larger Seed round. Planning to scale company fast and with the help of VC's later on.
