Hancı is a SaaS(Software as a Service) product for accommodation facilities to engage their guests constantly. Facilities can period-based subscribe to product.
Project is in salable product stage. Beacuse of the corona virus accommodation facilities could not open. But we waiting for them to open soon. Facilities such as hotels, resorts, condominiums and all other accommodation facilities can use the software. Project has: Showcase and sale site for facilities to subscribe to software, Another site for facility to use actual software, iOS and Android applications for guests to request all features from facility.
Our target customers are accommodation facilities. Prices are based on the size(guest capacity) of the facility.
Problem or Opportunity
Facilities are really anxious about corona virus. Another problem that if facilities want to use an app to engage their guest, they always has to have their own application. Problem with having your own application on application stores, you'd have really low download numbers and guests cannot see your app at top in stores. The other problem with the facilities having their own application, software company that makes application for them requesting really high prices annually for support. If someone makes a software with reasonable and flexible price and no setup, they have really good oppurtunity in market. Like us.
Solution (product or service)
About corona virus this software gives them social distance between their guests and staff. About having their own software, we offer one site and one application for the guests in reasonable and flexible price. Due the one application in store when guest from any facility in system download the app, download number increases for others too. About prices we give, prices are for facility's guest capacity. Our software is web based and facility does not has to update any software, they just refresh the page. No additional fees. We make software without setup they subscribe and just sign-in and go!
There is no major player market. But usually local alternatives are used buy facilities. As described in problem they give them application just for them. And due the bug management and update procedure is for every customer they have, alternatives cannot have big growth without employee number increase in large scale.
Advantages or differentiators
Our main advantage over competitors is one software and one application for guests. There is no need for increasing number of employees for bug management and update procedure because of the different software for every facility.
Hancı uses subscription model as revenue streams. Facilities subscribe to Hancı monthly or 6 monthly or annually. Currently only monthly available. Calculation for facility's monthly payment is: Guest Capacity * Unit Price(now it's 4,2 Turkish Lira) = Monthly Payment E.g. 120 (Max Guest) * 4,2 = 504 Turkish Lira
Facility owner signing up with email creates an Account. Every facility is an Inn and being subscribed seperately. Then we email username and password for our web site for facilities.
Money will be spent on
Main thing that we need to spent money on is cloud computer costs. Also we need invesment money for marketing staff will talk to potential customers in person. And one or two customer service staff.
