Idea

Our product is a suite of reward-based and real time marketing applications consisting of proprietary technologies and third-party integrations with well-known services. It is a complete solution built to be right in the intersection of different services and marketing needs. Unchained Carrot suite of products is run by a proprietary Blockchain engine that manages the system and its logics. Our company is being founded on the promise of enabling marketing professionals to fully harness the potential of blockchain technology in the digital marketing space.

Our most interesting customers are SME’s who are doing digital (Omni channel) Marketing, using new and disrupting technologies

Problem or Opportunity

We create omnichannel reward based marketing solutions, which makes it possible to reward consumers with small incentives (Loyalty points, vouchers, game credits, digital assets, in game items etc) with the possibility to run cross company campaigns.

Solution (product or service)

We convert data into invents so that action can be automated. We can create complex rules, to personalize rewards based on behavior and needs. We can guide (manipulate) behavior using rewards, and eventually predict behavior.
-for example:
we can reward an audience to come earlier to a restaurant, to spread the pressure on the staff, and increase the turnover a table.
We can Segment the customers based on Recency, Frequency and Monetary value (RFM) in classes, and run win back campaigns on those customers that our clients are likely to loose

Competitors

There are many marketing tools available
Referral, Survey, Quizzes and many more. Complete solutions like HubSpot, Voucherify or more in dept competitors like Surveymonkey or RefferalRock. I think we can name about 200 competitors, but the thing that separates us from these competitors is our reward, rules and analytic engine. This makes it possible to incentivize behavior, and increase the conversion of a campaign

Advantages or differentiators

We build blockchain engines, reward engines, rules engines and setup advanced real time analytic event (data) streams, which allows us to enrich data, and create personalized real time rewards.

Business model

We sell a SaaS solution on a monthly based users payment. Our basic tool will be freely usable (to get feeling with them), and we have a small enterprise starter kit with a fix monthly cost

Money will be spent on

We will use the money mostly to sell (push our tools into the market). A small percentage will be used to optimize the user portal, but we first want feedback from the market before we redesign a new (more complete) portal. Currently we technical account managers to guide the onboarding process. We try to replace them with a full service portal in the future

This currently need to be discussed with our incubator.

Team or Management

Risks

We don’t see any reason why our tools should not do where they are designed for. We currently (already) have enough feedback from experts in the marketing field to believe our tooling fits well. The big challenge is to create a user portal that is friendly (easy) to use for non technical clients.

We are currently in the second stage of an incubation program hosted by Digital Magics in Italy Milan
