Problem or Opportunity
WhatsApp became the de facto communication platform in many countries around the world. People in those countries would much rather chat on WhatsApp than send an email or make a phone call, even in contexts like hiring a service (e.g., plumbers, babysitters) or purchasing a product (e.g., ordering a pizza or inquiring about a product at a local store).
However, there is no easy way for users to find the WhatsApp number of service professionals and stores in their cities.
