Current Status

Regionaly scale up . Currently operating in 3 countries . Tripcarte Asia is looking to scaleup and access a bigger market size in South East Asia.

Currently working with over 700 Merchants and numerous big partnership like AirAsia , WeChat , Malindo Airlines who are gets attraction tickets from AirAsia

8000 attractions and activities in South East Asia ( currently at 700 )
Potential partnership with over 15,000 independent travel agents and over 200 Platforms and E-Wallets that can use the Tripcarte Reseller app and the full Suite API Integrations

Problem or Opportunity

Problems with legacy ways of how attractions and activity ticketing are distributed which creates issues that lead to slow confirmation , unable to cancel and modify tickets easily . 10-15% of vouchers / physical tickets circulating are fraudalent.

The Tripcarte system is a A Virtual Inventory-free Ticketing System that creates an inventory-less QR code for any participating attraction and activity on demand .
With this solution, tickets are Easily Validated , Verified and Cancelled .
The QR code is verified with the Tripcarte redemption app at participating merchants.

Globaltix and BeMyGuest are B2B supplier of attraction tickets that is based in Singapore.

Advantages or differentiators

Both competitor employs a Saas model that requires a buy in or monthly commitment fr om the attractions wh ere else Tripcarte approaches a commission based on sales model .

In addition to that ' Tripcarte is the only B2B provider that allows full cancellation and flexibility . This feature is very popular with the current Covid predicament.

Finance

Revenue model is 5% commision from each ticket sold through our B2B Channels and
15% commission from each ticket sold through B2C channel.

Business model

To solve the existing legacy problems in an industry that is worth USD 180 Billion by introducing tech solutions instead of manual , physical and inventory based tickets for attractions and activity.

In today worlds, platforms like E-Wallets and multi Purpose Apps need tech integration to effectively distribute and sell tickets .

Tripcarte offers a full API solution to be able to effectively do that.

Money will be spent on

Regional Scaling up and Spending on Acquiring More Merchants and Business Partners .

70% of Funds will be spent on new Merchant Acquisition activities
30% will be spent of Technical RnD.
