Idea

Justice Chatbot is a SaaS company that makes and operates for businesses and organizations a highly customized AI-powered customer support agent that handles thousands of requests instantly from various communications channels (Facebook Messenger,WhatsApp, SMS, Twitter, Email..), to improve customer experience and boost success.

Our vision is to enable businesses and organizations of all sizes to take advantage of AI and Chatbots to provide best customer service.

Current Status

We have 31,000 registered users and via it with have impacted more than 70000 people's live by helping them prevent or resolve their most pressing justice need and as a marketplace for lawyers we have 3 paying lawyers via our project JusticeBot. We mainly provide legal information but now we are building the platform in a new way that can allow users to receive legal advice to bring in more revenue.

We have 2 businesses (shop and restaurant) who are waiting for the product that we have already started building to finish.

Our real-estate marketplace platform has 1 property management agency already who promise to connect us with other property management agencies.

Our customers are businesses such as shops, Law firms, Retail/Manufacturers, transport companies, property managements, hotels , restaurants, cinemas and for our marketplace products: JusticeBot( Legal service providers people in need of legal service(15 years old and above)), Zwaplace ( property managers and people looking for a place). Our main focus is on people living in Uganda.

Our market research done on only 3 of our target sectors(Passenger Transporters, Cinemas, Restaurants) in Uganda has market size of : $289,327,200.00

2000 business websites/Mobile apps pays an average 10$/Month to be online.
8 Passenger Transporting Companies with an average of 500 000 customers each in a year.
7 Cinemas, average 60 places and 2 sessions/day receive an average of 3$/place/day.
200 Restaurants average that has social pages with a sale of 10plates average online and an average 4$/plate.
1000 businesses can pay 5$/Month to broadcast a message to their customers.
1000 businesses can pay 2$/Month to get their customers feedbacks.
