TIRA ROBOTS is the first manufacturer of industrial robotic arms in Tunisia, Africa and MENA region. TIRA provides fast, precise and high-quality robots that can be integrated into your production line making you ready for the industry 4.0

Current Status

Seed funding

Market

According to the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), the estimated annual worldwide supply of industrial robotic arms is expected to reach 553K units in 2020 and 630K units in 2021.

The Global Industrial Robotics Market according to IFR has presented $95B in 2019 with an annual growth of 27%.

Problem or Opportunity

Factories in our region face international competition, and need
automation and robotic technology to remain competitive.
Especially during this period of COVID-19, the main daily challenge
for all factories around the world is to maintain a stable production.
Furthermore, industrial robots are expensive (a heavy initial
investment for factories) and after-sale services are not locally
accessible.

Solution (product or service)

This is why we created TIRA ROBOTS to democratize robotic culture, TIRA provides its advanced solutions at an affordable price starting at $37K.
Our robots are very flexible and can cover a variety of applications such as welding, laser cutting, palletizing and much more.
Our robots are easy and quick to integrate thanks to their ready-to-go architecture.
Our robot controller can be easily connected with more than 22 industrial communication protocols.

Competitors

We have 15 competitors worldwide and our main competitors are :
www.fanuc.eu
https://new.abb.com/products/robotics
www.kuka.com
www.motomaan.com
https://www.densorobotics.com/
https://www.staubli.com/en/robotics/

Advantages or differentiators

Our robot's payloads are carefully chosen to answer different final users' needs. We provide our high-tech and durable robotic solutions 45% less expensive compared to our 15 competitors worldwide, which helps us secure the profit margin of our robotic system integrators and consequently sell more robots. To simplify, a robot system from TIRA would be priced at $37K when the same qualities, capacity of payload and options a competitor’s price would go as high as $68.7K.

Finance

We raised 260 k $

Our investors:
ANAVA SEED FUND (Flat6labs Tunis)
Tunisian American Enterprise Fund
Oman Technology Fund

Business model

We generate money from :
