We made a PWA web focusing on getting more knowledge about coronavirus itself, and put a card game called instance zero on it to help people knwo the knowledge in a simple way.
Current Status
It is a website with game on it which focusing on help normal people know the coronavirus itself in a intersting way. There is something already done. We got a team, and we almost done the website, with details needed to changed. we have the whole game story outline, and the detail of chapter one, the game was developed little. For extent, we will do other virus or epidemic introduction. The specific thing about the project is in the game, following the view of the player, he will know what is virus, not so many real events, but let them know virus, and the background story of the game is always environment risk, encouraging people to know the crucial environment condition, to change it, to change the future, to stop wasting. For young people, between 7 years old to 30years old.
Problem or Opportunity
We are going to give audience a interesting way to know coronavirus itself, not spreading the news which may create confusion and worries.\ We are considering there are lots of news and essays about coronavirus, but the number is too many, and it is hard and boring for people to distinguish and get accurate information about coronavirus. As a result, we decide to create a fun website which can help people know more about the coronavirus I am a Chinese. When the coronavirus were found, somebody just called it "Chinese virus." They thought Chinese spread the virus, they refused to eat Chinese people's food, but actually they did not know coronavirus, so they would think like that. Today, there is still rumors about will the coronavirus kept until 2022. People cannot judge which prediction is correct, also the ridiculous comments. That is why we need to help people know the virus, avoiding the panics.
Solution (product or service)
For the Know about virus web：We use Progressive Web Apps. For the game: The game is called instance Zero. It has 4 chapters, each chapter has 4 scenes. It showed us a story, Also the main character can use card to kill virus or bats, the card has function as surgical mask or others, which helps people to memorize importation types about how to prevent infected. The protagonist will follow the plot to find his own life story. We will throw the knowlege about coronavirus in every detail. Zero means the first person who is infected by Covid-19. The player would become zero then,woke up from a locked hospital, following his step, to find the secret of coronavirus, his memory, and also the exit of the hospital. we use Godot engine in 2D way.
