Current Status
We've built MVP (thinklike.pro) to demonstrate the concept of "guided thinking" and create efficient external communications related to COVID-19. 17 founders, CEOs and HRs provided us with feedback suggesting that for many it's an eye-opener to make recipients' perspective the centerpoint of communication.
Market
We have a library of industry-specific scenarios. For example, companies from Travel & Hospitality would benefit from booking management & cancellation scenarios. E-commerce & Retail would use refund, exchange & complaint management scenarios. We also provide scenarios for internal business communication such as employee objective setting, task allocation and conflict resolution for teams.

People are terrible at communicating. They lack of context, make false assumptions and create ambiguity. Miscommunications result in poor customer service, lower productivity, stress in the workplace, high employee turnover and lower shareholder returns.

ThinkLike.pro is developing a "guided thinking" assistant that makes you think about how your communication would be perceived by the recipient, rather than what you want to say. "Thinking assistant" gives you another perspective on how your writing looks like from the recipients' point of view. We would gather and analyze all the data sets to produce even more personalized AI-driven recommendations and suggestions. ThinkLike.pro makes recipient the centerpoint of communication production.
Competitors
Templates Large companies use a library of templates to deal with incoming client requests. Excessive use of template communications leads to poor customer satisfaction. Dissatisfied customers still need to be dealt with by customer support.
Chatbots Chatbots dealing with customer inquiries allows companies to achieve a great response time whilst sacrificing the quality of response. Only 30% of incoming inquiries are generic. Other inquiries require human-human interaction. This results in repetitive customer inquiries on the same issue across multiple channels, which in turn increases overall workload
Advantages or differentiators
Companies are trying improve communications by introducing such services as grammarly (spelling & grammar), collaboration & task management tools (monday, trello), communication channels (slack & zoom), and even try to structure communications (typeform & google forms). However, most of these services focus on how we communicate. ThinkLike.pro is turning the focus on what we communicate depending on who we communicate with.
Business model
We will use free-to-use scenarios for individuals to gain early traction and publicity (free scenarios: cover letter for job application, startup funding application, request for promotion / pay rise, breaking up with partner, description for item to sell online).
We will target business customers with content marketing, referral programs and partnership programmes: spell-checking services (grammarly), task-management service (trello), email service (mailchimp), communication tools (intercom)
